At Silmoyo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return within our 14-day window.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under these conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items:

  • Final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Digital items (if applicable)


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is not approved, we will notify you by email.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
